Yes! Having good sex will make you feel happy! The goal is to feel good before and after you have sex too. That plays into affection and emotions. I feel if there are any questions and more sad tears than smiles with the before and after, it’s time to go. Leave them alone. Keep your legs closed to these bums.
It doesn’t have to be anything drastic like going to a country back and forth in 24 hours, (you know how I am.) Even trying different lipstick shades, food, or types of clothing, you may discover something that you are obsessed with. I didn’t like furry (faux fur) clothing before, and clearly that’s no longer the case. It’s fun to try something new for our own personal wellness.
Since I tend to have way more colors than neutrals, it’s no end in sight. I realized there are some sneaky ways to add in color for the color shy or who just want to try something a little different.
